Our principles
We only use the data we need to run this website or to answer your message. We do not build profiles, we make no automated decisions under Art. 22 GDPR, and we never sell data.
Hosting and server logs
This website runs on servers of IONOS SE in the European Union. IONOS handles the data for us under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

- Only as long as needed for these purposes. After that, the logs are deleted or made anonymous.
Typefaces from Adobe Fonts
For the typefaces Acumin Pro and Brioso Pro we use Adobe Fonts. Adobe does not allow us to put these files on our own server, so your browser loads them directly from Adobe. For this, some technical data is sent: your IP address, so the font can reach you, and details about the website and the fonts it loads. Adobe also counts page views to pay the type designers.
Adobe says that Adobe Fonts sets no cookies for this and does not store the IP address.

Contact by email or phone
When you write to us or call us, we use the data you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and your message. We use it only to answer you and to prepare a possible project.

- Microsoft 365, Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Microsoft handles the data for us as a processor. Data may go to Microsoft Corporation in the USA. Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

- Until your request is done. We keep business letters and emails as long as company and tax law requires, usually seven years (§ 132 BAO, § 212 UGB).
Data security
The connection to this website is encrypted with TLS. You can see this by the lock symbol and “https://” in the address bar. Extra security rules in the browser stop other people's scripts from running on this website.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:

- correct it (Art. 16)
- have it deleted (Art. 17)
- limit how we use it (Art. 18)
- get it in a portable format (Art. 20)
- object to uses based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
